Central Standard Tech (CST) exists to to identify and connect like-minded people within the tech community.
The site is curated by Jeff Pesek with des/dev by Toby Cryns. CST was originally conceived (and launched) many moons ago by Luke Francl, an accomplished MN technologist and avid promoter of all things community.
Many of you will notice a significant change in the design and approach of the new CST. Our objective is to facilitate an increase of efficient interactions that lead to deeper and more meaningful relationships. We feel that MN has a diverse lot of talent: students, accomplished engineers, and industry experts alike. Collectively, we all share a thirst for knowledge that can benefit from better connections, conversations, and the sharing of relevant knowledge, ideas, and contacts.
The challenge, by in large & to put it lightly, is that MN isn’t capitalizing on it’s human and intellectual capital. As more time passes, we risk losing our competitive edge to regions and markets that are committed to catalyzing, nurturing, and maintaining a hyper-innovative tech culture. This is our microscopic stab at it…
Please be patient with us – we’re working on this project as time permits and are well aware of its imperfections and limitations. We have some solid ideas in the works, but of course, there are many aspects that we aren’t aware of and always ways to make it better!
Feedback, ideas, and technical contributions welcome…comments open
Best,
Luke, Toby, Jeff
